We use this information to provide courses, track progress, issue transcripts and certificates, process quiz access, support users, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Public transcripts

When a student shares a transcript link or transcript ID, anyone with that information may view the corresponding verification record. Students should only share a transcript when they want another person to verify it.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, payment, email, and optional analytics providers may process limited information for us. Records are retained while needed to operate accounts, preserve earned credentials, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
